DUDE WTF?? (STIMULUS PACKAGE-Where's The Money???)

How does this stimulus package work? How do we as regular people know when and where jobs are being created?

I have so many friends and family just like you that have lost their jobs and a way to support themselves.

We need accountability of this money (over 700 Billion dollars) and a way to inform people about how things are being spent.
