BEBE WINANS: Denies Battery Allegations
BeBe Winans has issued a statement following his arrest last week on battery charges for allegedly beating his wife. He denies the allegations and says he and his estranged wife are in the midst of a child custody battle. BeBe says, "Since I choose to say nothing negative about my children's mother, I will make no comment other than to say the allegations are inconsistent with my character and the foundation upon which I was raised, and I am prayerful that the matter is straightened out very soon for the sake of our children." Winans posted bail and was released. -- Jamila Daniel

Dear Kenny,
I agree Be Be is No Chris brown, I have known Be Be for over 20 years, he came to my highschool graduation, i have been on tour with him, I use to live with him and his ex-wife Debra when i was a teenager, Be Be has always been a great role model to me. The years being around him I have never seen a violent or angry man, He has truly inspired my career from a young age, His wife is like a Aunt to me, i truly feel she has alot of resentment since the break up. It's unfortunate that this situation has got out of hand. The bible says the devil is the author of confusion. So just Pray for Be Be and Debra and their two children Benjamin II and Mya Winans.
