White Racaist Man Spits and Slaps an Elderly Black Woman

Not only is Ms. Hubbard a senior citizen but she is also a judge which her attacker did not know.

Judge Arnette Hubbard was smoking a cigarette outside of the Daily Center (a court house) in Chicago near the alleged attacker, David Nocosia (age 55). Nocosia became angry with the 79 year judge and an argument started between the two. Reportedly Nocosia got in Hubbard's face yelling "Rosa Parks, Move". He then proceeded to spit in her face. Nocosia started to walk away and Judge Hubbard began to follow him asking for assistant from security. Nocosia turned around and slapped the judge before he was arrested.

He is being charged with four counts of aggravated battery and 1 count of a hate crime.

Judge James Brown ordered Nocosia to be held in jail on $90,000 bond.
