Ray J Being Brought up on 10 Charges

Ray J was arrested last May for a drunken rampage after he was ejected from a L.A. bar. The entertainer kicked out an officer's window and spit on a cop. Ray J states that he kicked out the window because he was claustrophobic. The District Attorney is charging Ray J with sexual battery because he brushed up against a females behind before being kicked out of the bar. Allegedly the police disagree with that charge because the action was not intentional.

So along with the sexual battery charge, he is also being charged with 2 counts of vandalism, 3 counts of assault and battery, 4 counts of resisting arrest.

A couple of things:

1. He didn't seem too claustrophobic in that home movie he made........... ijs

2. If accidentally brushing up against a females behind is sexual assault a lot of people would be charged and taken to jail right here in Nashville.
