LUDACRIS: Wins Custody Battle

After an intense legal battle, Ludacris has been granted primary custody of his one-year-old daughter Cai. He got the news Monday, but it's just becoming public now.

The legal saga started when the baby's mother, Tamika Fuller, demanded an increase in child support and accused Luda of trying to negotiate an abortion. Cai was conceived during a lull in 'Cris's long relationship with his now-wife Eudoxie Mbouguiyengue. But he countered that Tamika's accusations were evidence of her erratic behavior and that their daughter would be better off with him. And now a judge has agreed.

Luda tells TMZ, "I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter."

Over the holidays, the Furious 7 star got engaged to and married Eudoxie on the same day. Ludacris also has a 13-year-old daughter named Karma from a previous relationship.

This is agreat reminder that getting pregnant by a rich man will not guarantee you a come up.

A child is best off with both parents. The judge must have been really concerned about Tamika's parenting.
