A woman who worked as a live-in nanny for Mariah Carey's twins has filed a lawsuit, claiming she deserves thousands of dollars of overtime for taking care of the kids while off the clock.

Simonette Da Costa says she went to work for Carey and Nick Cannon back in October 2013, and was required to work 100-hour weeks. She says that though she was paid $6000 per month, she was never allowed a minute for herself. Her lawyer tells New York's Daily News, "She was on duty during all hours of each 24-hour day with no entitlement for breaks, for meals and even for sleep. Indeed, Ms. Carey would often call plaintiff at hours in the middle of the night and demand to be taken to her children or to be updated on the status of her children.”

Da Costa says she was fired after Carey complained she was "expressing too much affection for their children.” She's seeking $100,000 in damages.
