LAURYN HILL BOO'ED IN THE ATL...YIKES!!!

Lauryn Hill was booed at an Atlanta show over the weekend -- after showing up three hours late and performing unrecognizable versions of her hits.

Hill arrived to her 9 p.m. show at 12 a.m., and told the crowd she was tired of playing "the same music night after night."

She then performed to sped-up music, with a band that was too loud. "The lyrics were the same," one frustrated fan said. "But you had to be on ecstasy to follow [it]!"

Some members of the crowd eventually stormed out.

Given that this is Lauren Hill, we're talking about, that's the reason, that everyone was there at the concert.  But if it was supposed to start at 9 P.M., and she didn't get there 'til 3 hrs. later??! (what other performer would we do that for) I'm sure, there were some other "issues" at hand, but c'mon Lauren, at least give the fans, what they expected!

No, she doesn't need to sit down some where! Lauren is a very talented woman who could out sing many of today's artists, but I think she has obviously been dealing with some emotional issues these past few years. I hope she gets herself together. She is too talented to be on the sidelines! More black people need to support the true genius artists of the past instead of supporting these new so-called artists, and their stupid gimmicks to sell records. Old school stay true and don't sell out to the fake music industry!
