Gucci Mane...WHAT THE HELL are you DOING?
Gucci Mane has a new tattoo, and it's a bit odd -- right on his cheek, there are three scoops of ice cream on a cone with red sparks coming out of it. Gucci's due back in court on January 24th for allegedly violating his parole -- is he doing this in case he has to use an insanity plea?
