JAY Z: Catching Flak for Tidal Staff's Lack of Diversity

Jay Z is getting criticized from all angles for his involvement with the artist-owned Tidal streaming service.

The latest complaint is over a perceived lack of diversity in the Tidal offices. Beyonce posted a picture to her website this week of her and her hubby posing with a few dozen employees — all of whom are white.

Commenters have called Hov a hypocrite for calling out the black community for not backing his company, while running a business with an all-white workforce. (TMZ)

    The Tidal offices are in Sweden, where the black population is approximately 2%.

    It would be nice to see him bring some Tidal jobs stateside.

    He only bought the company a few months ago, with most of the staff already in place.
