MARIAH CAREY: Declares Idol “Boring and Fake”

Mariah Carey will never return to American Idol. Even if invited for a special appearance during its final season.

An Australian radio station asked Mariah about Idol. She declared, “I would never want to be involved with Idol again. That was the worst experience of my life. I don't think they had any intentions for us to have a good experience. Pitting two females against each other wasn't cool.” (Us Weekly)
