RICK ROSS: Responds to 50 Cent Lawsuit

An attorney for Rick Ross has responded to 50 Cent’s lawsuit. In the suit, Fif says the Maybach Music Group boss is the one who leaked a sex tape of Ross baby mom Lastonia Leviston.

Rozay’s attorney said, “The recent lawsuit filed by Curtis Jackson against Mr. William Roberts is clearly another attempt to draw attention to his descending entertainment career and one of several desperate, last minute attempts he’s made to avoid and deflect legal and financial responsibility for his own actions related to the pending…civil trial in which he’s a defendant.”

Additionally, legal counsel for the Bawse claims the original lawsuit was filed years ago, and was done so in an improper manner. (Bossip)

Say What:

    The lawyer’s objection is primarily over the fact that Ross was never named as a defendant in the New York City civil suit.

    Ouch. A descending entertainment career is a pretty fitting description though.
