Fetty Wap has a brand new set of fake dreadlocks and he doesn’t care what anyone has to say about them.

The “Trap Queen” crooner originally unveiled his new ‘do on Instagram last week, though he clearly didn’t anticipate the criticism his makeover would receive. He explained his decision, posting, “When you want what you want and can afford it, it’s not about the cost, it’s about what makes you happy."

Over the weekend, he responded to the haters by posting a picture of him and his fake locks, taking a cat-nap in a pile of crispy hundred dollar bills. The picture’s caption read, “Dreamin’ bout the money and ya still on my hair Lol.” He also remarked, “I just went platinum so yeah I’m Gucci." (AllHipHop)
