DJANGO UNCHAINED: Actress Ordered to Apologize to Police

The Django Unchained actress who was arrested after allegedly having sex with her boyfriend in a car is being forced to say she’s sorry to the officer she accused of racism as part of the plea deal.

Daniele Watts pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace and in return the lewd conduct charge was dismissed. Watts and her boyfriend were caught in the act last September, when people in a nearby office building reported seeing her and her man getting it on in a parked car in broad daylight outside of CBS Studios in Studio City, California.

When LAPD Sergeant Jim Parker asked Watts for her ID, she claimed she was targeted because she’s an African American with a white boyfriend. She also attempted to play the “I’m an actress” card in hopes of getting out of trouble with the cops. Watts and her boyfriend are being ordered to perform 40 hours of community service each and will have to write letters of apology to the three officers involved. (TMZ)

    If people are calling in reports of you having sex in public, police have to respond , duh.

    The officer in question does deserves an apology in this case.

    She's an actress, so of course she's gonna get a little dramatic.

    But once again, why in the car in broad daylight?
