CHRIS BROWN: Accused of Battery During Basketball Game

Chris Brown just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. The singer has been accused of fighting with another man during a middle-of-the-night basketball game, according to TMZ.

According to police, Breezy was shooting hoops at 3:42 a.m. Monday at the Palms Casino Resort when he got into an argument with one of the other guys playing, before allegedly punching him. The game took place in the famous Hardwood Suite — luxury accommodations that feature a 30-foot by 30-foot parquet court.

Police responded to the scene, but did not get a statement from Brown. Brown can now either sign a citation for misdemeanor battery and agree to show up in court to face the charge or take a shot with the district attorney, who would decide whether or not to press charges. Breezy settled a lawsuit over a similar incident back a few weeks back.
