Anthony Hamilton and Earth, Wind, and Fire to Release Christmas Albums

Anthony Hamilton has announced plans to release his debut Christmas album, Home for the Holidays.

Aside from holiday favorites, the R&B veteran has included six original tracks including, "Spend Christmas with You," "Coming Home" and "'Tis the Season." The album will feature appearances from Chaka Khan, Gavin DeGraw and ZZ Ward.

Legendary funk/soul group Earth, Wind & Fire will celebrate the yuletide season by releasing their first Christmas album, Holiday, which will arrive in stores on October 21.  The 13-track collection features the group's renditions of holiday standards such as "Joy to the World," "Oh Come All Ye Faithful," "What Child Is This?" and "The First Noel," as well as two new original seasonal songs -- "Happy Seasons" and "December."

Says founding Earth, Wind & Fire singer Philip Bailey, "This album is the band's first and only holiday music project.  We are very proud to offer it as a labor of love to all of our fans and soon to be.  Enjoy and happy holidays from our families to all of yours."
