I saw this on MTO the other day and they just reported on the doll being taken off the shelf on cnn.com/live. It's like Chris Rock said, "I'm always looking for racism...I got too comfortable, I should've seen it coming".

the toy maker should have been more culturally sensitve to the history of associating monkies with black ppl. i just wouldnt buy the doll and move on, but the maker should have thought bout it before okaying the product.
