Woman Arrested For Raping A Man While He Was Sleeping

A Seattle woman has been brought up on charges for raping her neighbor as he slept after a party.

She apparently broke into the 31-year-old's apartment on June 16, 2013 after a birthday party.

The alleged victim reportedly woke up at 2am to discover the 5'7 240lb Gilman having sex with him with his hands ‘pinned down over his head’.

The man went to police after ‘managing to work his way out from underneath her’ and then throwing her out of his home.

A detective wrote in his report that the victim had been sleeping ‘very hard due to a long day’.

It wasn’t until recently that a sample of DNA taken from the victim was analyzed.

And Gilman was linked to the crime.

An arrest warrant was issued for Gilman, a mother of four other children who is reportedly pregnant with another child.

Court documents say that the victim was held down during the alleged rape and was told to be quiet.

Gilman was described in the documents as “a drug user in the area.”

Gilman has a history of mental health issues and drug abuse. And she has pleaded guilty in 2006 and 2008 to criminal charges.

Now, I wanna know how many men out there actually sleep so hard that you won't feel a woman "taking care of business" on top of you?

Not to feel anything? She is a solid woman at 240lb.

Really??!?

I don't believe that he was just sleeping "very hard due to a long day". Something else had to be involved.

And this story sounds like a plot to a movie.  LOL!  I'm Just Sayin'
