Damn, these guys stay skating from the authorities:
The wig-wearing Wachovia bank robbers are at it again. This time, the pair hit in Rockdale County, robbing a branch Wednesday morning, the FBI said. According to the managing FBI special agent, Brian D. Lamkin, the pair is believed to be linked to six other robberies in the Atlanta area, all of which have occurred at various Wachovia branches, states the paper.
The two suspects entered the Gwinnet County Wachovia branch Wednesday brandishing guns and wearing disheveled black wigs before quickly leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash, reports the paper. One of the suspects allegedly fired one gunshot into the ceiling, said Lamkin.
This time the two escaped in a Dodge Magnum – not the silver Lexus they were reportedly seen fleeing in during the other alleged robberies – according to the newspaper. The FBI indicated that no one was hurt, but a bank employee was rushed to the hospital to be examined, reports the paper.
