Marvin Sapp's wife passes away from colon cancer......

Gospel singer Marvin Sapp's wife Malinda died Wednesday from colon cancer.

Malinda was diagnosed with the deadly disease a few years ago. In 2009 she had a remarkable recovery, and it looked like she might pull through.

But it was not meant to be. Malinda leaves behind three children.
