Why Is This Man Not In Jail? (Video)

A Florida dad was kicked out of a skate park and is catching a lot of flack over a video that shows him kicking his six-year-old son down a half-pipe ramp.

A bystander was shooting video of Marcus Crossland who was apparently frustrated with his young son. At one point, his son was standing at the ledge of the big ramp but was afraid to jump, so his father kicked him from behind and sent him rolling down. Luckily the boy was unharmed and the park's operator asked Crossland to leave. (NY Daily News)
