USHER: Marriage "Irretrievably Broken"

Usher had been separated from Tameka Foster for nearly a year before he filed for divorce, according to court records in which he calls the marriage "irretrievably broken." He hasn't been living with Foster since last July. The petition, filed last week, says there is "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" and seeks joint custody of the couple's children, one-and-a-half-year-old Usher Raymond the Fifth and six-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond. Tamkea has 30 days to respond. -- Jamila Daniel

I knew the moment that she broke him and chili up that it wasn't going to last. I believe she plotted on him to get what she thought was him but she didn't. You need to always listen to what mom's says. I know that mom's when they have a vibe that something isn't right with a picture you need to listen. All I can say is what go around comes around. I hope now that they both will wait on GOD.

I was in a similar situation about 5 years ago my very first and probably the last marriage. I dated this person for about a year and jumped into a marriage even after my family and friends said not too. That believe me was not only a wake up call but a lesson learned seriously. I thought he was the one but once we got married everything changed. My marriage lasted approx. 9 months only because I was trying to honor my vows and I just woke up one day and said enough is enough. The broken marriage and past relationships has made me the strong woman I am today.

As far as Usher and Tameka look how she got him, I do believe he was in a relationship when the first baby was conceived and she knew it that is why the marriage is so messy now there was never any trust on her part and she was very insecure.

No. But I do know people that jump into a relationship just so they don't have to be alone. It's still not a good situtation to be in.

Yes, I know someone like that and it si sad to jump into a marriage for the sake of saying I have a husband or I have a wife. Let God send that person into your life. The saying goes everything that looks good, ain't always good.
