Urban Quick Hits

1. RZA doesn't seem to care what happens to "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin", the "secret" album that was bought for $2 million by Martin Shkreli, the controversial drug-company CEO.

He says, quote, "He bought it, he can do what he wants." But he adds, quote, "He has the power to do something really cool. If he wants to be philanthropic, he can do something that can allow more people to hear the record. If he concurs to that, it would be something really good for art and really good for the Wu fans."

Shkreli can't make money off the album for 88 years . . . but RZA seems to be implying that he could hold listening parties or something to raise money for charity. Of course, Shkreli has his own problems right now.

2. BRANDY has released a new song called "Beggin' and Pleadin'".

(It has some B-words and an N-word.)

On Facebook, she said, quote, "As I grew through the subject matter of this song, I realized that

I needed ME to forgive me for not believing what I felt!!!"

3. RICK ROSS is allegedly getting it on with a stripper named 'SKRAWBERRY.' There's nothing OFFICIAL on this . . . I just wanted to pass that along just so I could say "Skrawberry."
