UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA: Frat Planning to Sue

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, which was kicked out from the University of Oklahoma following the leak of a racist video, has lawyered up and is planning to sue the university.

That frat has reportedly hired Stephen Jones, a high-powered attorney who represented Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. Jones says the fraternity is angry that their house has been shut down and their members have been labelled racists. He argues that the members have apologized and the university is now exploiting the incident. (NBC News)
