Tony Stewart Will Not Be Charged in Driver's Death

NASCAR driver can breathe a major sigh of relief. He won't face charges in the accident that caused the death of fellow driver Kevin Ward Junior last month in New York state.

The two were participating in a lower-level event when they had a wreck that took Ward out of the race. When Stewart came back around the track under the yellow flag, Ward had exited his car, seemingly to confront him. But video showed Stewart's car veering and hitting Ward, killing him.

However, according to TMZ, a grand jury has determined that the incident seems to be a freak accident and that there's no evidence of intent on Stewart's part.
