An advertising firm is suing Toni Braxton over some Braxton Family Values posters that it says she never paid for. National Promotions and Advertising says it had a $57,000 contract to hang 4300 posters around the country around the time of the second-season premiere in November. The company says it held up its end of the bargain but hasn't seen a dime.
Braxton's camp says that WE TV is responsible for all marketing budgets and payables, and that the firm is barking up the wrong tree.
