O'Charley Murder Trial Set To Begin Today

Do you remember the O'Charley (Antioch Location) stabbing/Murder that occured last year?? Well, the retrial for the man accused of the stabbing has been scheduled to begin Monday. Police charged David Kimball with first-degree murder. Investigators said Kimball stabbed Eris Bruno to death inside the O'Charley's in Hickory Hollow in August 2008. Man Charged With Fatally Stabbing Restaurant Employee. A judge declared a mistrial in May after Kimball's trial resulted in a hung jury.

Prosecutors said Bruno was stabbed in front of a packed restaurant when he tried to break up a fight between Kimball and another employee. The defense argued Bruno started the fight, and Kimball was just defending himself.


H1N1 Vaccine arrives TODAY!

Get yours before it runs out The first batch of the H1N1 vaccines should arrive in Tennessee Monday. Hospitals and health care providers will be the first to receive 30,000 doses. The vaccine will be available to those in the high risk category - pregnant women, kids and young adults. There has been some concern over the safety of the vaccine. In 1976, some people died after getting a "swine flu" vaccination. "There's a lot of people who worry about 1976, and the old memory, vaccines are completely different now, they are much much cleaner, so we don't expect to see that," said Tim Jones, state epidemiologist.

ARREST IN REAL HOUSEWIVES MURDER

Atlanta cops have arrested Patrick Richardson in the beating death of Ashley "A-J" Jewell, best known as the fiance of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss. The two men got into a scuffle outside an Atlanta strip club on Friday night, and Jewell sustained massive head injuries. Richardson is being charged with voluntary manslaughter.

In a statement, Burress said she is "devastated by the loss of A-J. I had spoken to A-J two hours before I got the call that he was in the hospital. Never in a thousand years did I think it was going to be the last time I heard his voice. He was taken way too soon."


Oprah Has An Interview BIGGER than WHITNEY...well Maybe?

If you thought Oprah's interview with Whitney Houston was big, get ready for this one. We just learned that Beyonce Knowles has agreed to sit down for an hour-long interview with Oprah. Why is that so groundbreaking? Well because it isn't just any old interview. According to an extrermely reliable source, Beyonce has agreed to talk about everything. The insider claims that Beyonce will talk about her parents' relationship -- including her father's other women -- and that she'll talk about what really happened with the other girls of Destiny's Child, including why she and Kelly Rowland barely talk anymore.

And of course she'll discuss her relationship with Jay Z. The insider said, "She won't get too in depth about her marriage to Jay Z, but she will discuss their plans for children."

I can't wait to see this one. I just hope Oprah has good security, because you know Beyonce's dad is gonna want to jump on stage and 'Joe Jackson' her in front of the cameras.

MIXED REVIEWS FOR MATTEL'S BLACK BARBIES

Mattel's new "So In Style" line of black "Barbies" is getting mixed reactions, with some see racial stereotyping in the dolls, which include shiny bling, big earrings and fancy sneakers. Barbara Mootoo of New York tells the New York Daily News, "Not all black people like hip-hop," and Tyaine Danclaire adds, "They say black girls are ghetto with the gold earrings, with the big bling -- I don't agree with that." But others see the dolls as a true representation of urban culture. Nikki Wright says, "They look like people where we live. I wear big earrings. The weave. Things that we use." And Rachel Kahn says, "I like it. It is hip-hop. It is Beyonce."
