A Missouri man is considering legal action against Pizza Hut after receiving what he says was a racist receipt. Karl Mayberry provided a copy of the receipt to a local N-B-C affiliate, and it has the phrase "Big Black" in the space where his name should be. In an ironic twist, the incident took place on Martin Luther King Day. Mayberry says, "At first I thought maybe this was some type of promotion. This had to be the name of a pizza that I didn't know."

Pizza Hut has offered Mayberry two 50-dollar gift cards by way of apology, but he's still mulling a lawsuit

With tongue deeply in cheek, Lady G tells the mag, "We all know that one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a [penis], so why not give them what they want?"

Russell Simmons is reviving the spirit of the Def Comedy Jam for a still-untitled new series that will premiere on Comedy Central this summer. The first two episodes of the show, which features host J-B Smoove, will be taped in Los Angeles today and tomorrow. Each will feature three stand-up sets from relatively unknown comics

IS YOUR GUY AFRAID OF COMMITMENT?

No matter how much two people like or love each other, if one of you has a fear of commitment, your relationship isn't going anywhere! Here are some tips for figuring out if your guy has commitment phobia:

1. They don't commit; they quit. A commitment-phobe can't settle down with one person, even if things are going great. They have trouble displaying emotions or committing themselves even when they've found "The One."

2. Fear takes over. Many people who can't stay in a relationship are afraid. Whether they fear being with one person forever or they're afraid of rejection, people who can't commit usually have a history of childhood trauma, loss, divorce or separation.

3. See the signs. Has your guy had a string of short-term relationships? Or a few long commitments? Either one could be a sign your guy may have major commitment fears.

4. Help your relationship stick. Talk to your guy about your concerns or maybe see a counselor with experience in the area. Sometimes commitment-phobes just need to know you'll stick with them through good and bad before they can take the next step.
