The Cougar Queen Pounces and Lands Her PREY!!

Vivica Foxx announces her engagment to Slimm, a young Club Promoter out of Atlanta known for throwing some of the biggest events in the city...and from what's being told to blogger Sandra Rose, there is no pre-nup:

"Naw, there’s no prenup,” he laughed. Slimm indicated that there may never be such a discussion in the future. “I’m still basking in the afterglow of love,” he said. The wedding date is set for August of this year.

Slimm, 27, dropped to one knee and proposed to 46-year-old Vivica on Dec. 26, at the Ritz-Carlton in Miami where they spent the holidays. Slimm then posted this video of Vivica’s sparkly Christmas gift on his Twitter page.

The couple met over a year ago at a nightclub here in Atlanta.
