Some People Just Can't Stay Outta JAIL!

Yesterday an Atlanta judge ordered Gucci Mane sent to prison for violating his probation during an altercation in November. If he's found guilty in that case, he could spend as many as 17 months behind bars. He has a hearing date for January 24th.

The November arrest came just six months after Gucci had been released from prison following a six-month bid for a previous probation violation.

We also just heard that Gucci checked into a Mental Facility and is now prepared to enter a plea of Mental Incompetence...Wow!

Waka Flocka Flame is no longer a fugitive after surrendering to authorities yesterday in Henry County, Georgia on gun, drug and gang-related charges.

Waka's mom said he surrendered because "he didn't want to run," TMZ reports. Cops raided Waka's home back in December and found all sorts of illegal items, but not the rapper. His bond is listed at more than $31,000.
