Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsberg sleep during the Obama's SOTU

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was seen dosing off during President Obama's State of the Union Address last month, but she had a good excuse.
The 81-year-old says it wasn't the speech itself or the fact that it was a late night that caused her to nod off. It was the booze. During a Q-and-A session at George Washington University last night. She explained, "The audience for the most part is awake, because they’re bobbing up and down, and we sit there, stone-faced, sober judges. But we’re not, at least I wasn’t, 100 percent sober."
Ginsburg says she and her fellow justices had dinner before the State of the Union and Justice Anthony Kennedy brought a very good bottle of wine which she enjoyed, maybe a little too much. (TheBlaze)
