SECRET SERVICE: Agents Investigated After Crashing Into White House Barricades

The Secret Service is in trouble again. This time two senior agents, including an agent on President Obama's protective detail, crashed a car into White House barricades after a night of drinking.

Other officers who were on duty when the March 4th incident occurred wanted to test them for DUI and arrest the agents, according to an official familiar with the incident. However, a supervisor told the officers to let the agents go.

The incident is bound to be a major headache for new Secret Service director Joseph Clancy, who Obama picked for the job in February after the agency's reputation was taking beating for a series of White House security lapses. (The Washington Post)
