When Tory Lanez wanted to remix Playboi Carti’s “Magnolia,” he decided to ask producer Pierre Bourne if he could get the instrumental. After Bourne shot the request down, Lanez apparently wasn’t about to give up. The Toronto rapper put out a remix anyway, using a knock-off version of the original beat. He’s also getting called out for using cover art that looks a lot like Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Friday releases.

Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan appear to have squashed the beef. Thug recently previewed a collaboration from his upcoming “singing” album Easy Breezy Beautiful Thugger Girls on Instagram.
