Sandra Bland: New Jail Video Release

In the midst of conspiracy theories saying that Sanda Bland was already deceased when she arrived at the jail in Texas. The Waller County Police Department released 7 hours of video showing Bland's booking before her death. The video also shows Bland's mugshot being taken, a lot of outlets have speculated that she was dead in the mugshots that were released.
