RICK ROSS: Arrested for Marijuana Possession

Rick Ross is in police custody after being busted for marijuana possession as the Maybach Music Group boss's Bentley rolled through the Atlanta area.

Atlanta’s WSB-TV reports that Rozay was driving in Fayette County, Georgia -- where he recently purchased a 109-room mansion formerly owned by Evander Holyfield -- when police pulled him over to check the tints on his windows. When cops approached the car, they said they smelled pot, which gave them probable cause to search the vehicle. Law enforcement’s search was fruitful, turning up enough pot to take the Bawse downtown.

This is the second marijuana possession charge this year for the 39-year-old rapper, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts the Second.

    It’s unclear from reports whether Ross was the one behind the wheel.

    He’s a hard guy to miss -- you could imagine a Maybach billowing weed smoke being a point of interest for law enforcement.

Weed can’t be on his diet plan.
