RELATIONSHIP: Are You Getting Too Comfortable???

LOVE DOESN'T MEAN LETTING YOURSELF GO!

One thing that's great about being in a secure relationship is knowing you have someone you can count on. But just 'cause you know he loves you doesn't mean you should get so complacent that you stop worrying about keeping him happy. Like, do you come to bed in ratty sweatpants and big ol' T-shirts? We all relax our beauty standards a bit when we're in a cozy relationship, but ladies ... don't take it too far! Having a guy who accepts you as you are is a wonderful gift, but it's easy to abuse. Do your relationship a favor by making some effort ... keep your legs smooth, touch up your roots, and stop wearing that ratty bathrobe! You'll stay connected to your sensual and your sexual side, which keeps up the intimacy that makes love fun.

Just Asking ...
Do you try to stay attractive and sexy for your guy, even when you're not feeling it? Is it harder to make the effort when your guy loves you the way you are? Do you admit to really letting yourself go?

I consider myself to be a sensual, romantic, & sexy woman..the lingerie (got all that & more), as far a sleepin in oversized shirts, head wraps etc. that is a no no for me, I believe in less being better so I sleep nude. It's carefree, comfortable, & better access when u want to share your sexiness as a late nite or early morning snack! LOL yes, I would say I'm very connected to my sensual & sexy side! As well as very aware of what the two are

??? you can dance so are you able to walk? One of the simplest thing we can do is walking the weather is nice right now this is the time to keep it up, A four mile walk 3 days a week does wonders for the legs, thighs, buttock, and fat burning. Look don't fall by the waist side during fall and winter if we keep up a 45 minutes cardio routine we will be swim suit issue for summer.

No, I don't take it for granted. I have always taken care of my body, BUT 4 ME!! Due to an injury I have not been able to workout. I have put on some weight latetly due to taking steriods shots( I call them the eatumup shots) and other meds. It has been extemely hard 4 me to except. My man tells me he loves it, I hate it. I am still sexy and sensual. But you need to talk to the BROTHA"S too!! One thing I can do is dance. Kenny what about getting a twine/step/shuffle class started in the Ville? Thier doing it in alot of cities around the country. It fun, learn the shiffles, and you can lose weight allin one. I'll be the 1st to sign up!!! Check out stepinthenameoflife.com.
