RAY J: Abuse Allegation

Ray J's longtime assistant and fellow Love and Hip-Hop: Hollywood cast member Morgan Hardman is making some serious allegations against him.

She wrote on Instagram -- but quickly deleted -- this post: "Tell the real reason I don't [mess] with you and why I don't work for you -- because you put my hands on me in front of my child talking about you gonna have me killed. You drunk-ass [bum], go get some help, because I'm not the only one you're beating."

Arguments between Ray J and Hardman over "loyalty" have been one of the running plot lines of the show. So far, Ray J hasn't commented on the post.

That's a pretty serious allegation. She needs to take it to the police, not Instagram.
