R. KELLY: Owes the IRS

R. Kelly is the latest celeb in hot water for not paying his taxes. According to TMZ, he owes the IRS close to $5 million for the years2005 through 2010. But a rep for Kells says, "R. Kelly is in the process of working everything out with the government and is confident that all his obligations will be satisfied."
