Kelly gives a look inside his recently robbed, now empty Atlanta mansion

Kelly now has an empty nest.

The singer gave a "Cribs"-style video tour of his recently robbed Atlanta, Ga., home and revealed that burglars made off with almost all of his belongings.

The "I Believe I Can Fly" artist's home was burglarized on Nov. 26 while he was on tour and discovered to be "emptied" when a cleaning woman arrived to maintain the residence.

"Everything was gone," she told police when she arrived at the mansion.

Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, echoed that sentiment in multiple Instagram posts, which showed that nearly nothing was left behind when he returned home.

"They basically cleaned out my whole house," he said, showing his near-empty living room with nothing but a coffee table remaining.

"I wanna thank all my fans for all their support," he said. "This is what happens when you let people get too close to you. People you know for 25-30 years. This is what happens."

Kelly seemed to confirm the police theory that the perpetrator was someone close the singer.

His nearby rental home in Johns Creek was also stripped of his belongings.

Neighbors informed authorities that moving vehicles had been at Kelly's properties and that his colleague Alfonso Walker told them that the star was moving his organization to Chicago.

Walker had been working on "odd jobs" for Kelly, according to police.

Kelly, 50, has made headlines recently after being accused of running a sex cult out of his Atlanta compound.
