Oohh Look...Another Brazilian Is Selling Her Virginity!

Rebecca Bernardo says she was inspired by Catarina Migliorini, another Brazilian who reportedly sold her virginity on an Australian website for $780,000, although the deal hasn't been completed. Officials are investigating whether that website is breaking the law by engaging in human trafficking. Still, the stunt earned Migliorini a lot of publicity, modeling offers and a layout in Brazilian Playboy.

Bernardo, who lives in a one-bedroom house, decided to offer herself up for sale shortly after her 18th birthday when her mother suffered a stroke that's left her bed-ridden and unable to feed or go to the bathroom by herself.

Bernardo says she's tried getting jobs as a waitress or selling makeup, but they'd only pay for the salary for someone to take care of her mother, so she's looking for a big payday.
