Nicki Minaj Get An Acting Role

Nicki Minaj says she was first turned down for a voice role in Ice Age: Continental Drift, but then she got a second chance. She tellsMTV, "The original role that I was up for I didn't get. I was really mad. Next thing you know, they called me and they said, 'We wrote in a part just for you because we really want you in the movie.'"

The animated film is slated for release in July 2012.

Nicki also made the Top 20 "Cash King" list from Forbes Magazine.
