Beans about to go back to JAIL...Dang!!

Beanie Sigel pleaded guilty to tax evasion charges yesterday in Philly, and could face three years behind bars.

According to the Philly.com, the rapper made more than $1.3 million between 2002 and 2004, but didn't file returns for those years.

His attorney will contest the government's total of what's owed at Sigel's sentencing hearing in November.
