This is classic little girl ready to burst out of "daddy's firm grip" to be a woman and just not ready! She needs to re-think what she is doing. She gets big money from Disney, but I don't think Mickey Mouse is going for this look.
Artist come and go, if she don't be careful she will be gone just like Brittney Spears. somebody needs to tell her "guess what happens when you rush to grow up?-You get there!!!!" No turning back, just getting old!!!

I liked her when she was more of a teenager, dress, makeup. This new look is thumbs down, not good. The picture is skanky.

I don't think she is intentionally skanky. She is just plain hillbilly skanky.
