Miguel Busted For DUI...

How many drinks does it take to get arrested for a DUI? We're not sure, but Miguel knows the answer after he was busted for drunk driving late last night (Wednesday) on a Los Angles freeway.

According to TMZ, he was pulled over in his 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and having tinted windows. After noticing that he smelled like alcohol, police asked Miguel to perform sobriety tests and take a breathalyzer. The singer blew a .11, over the legal limit of .08, and was arrested. He was booked at a nearby station house and released several hours later on $5000 bail, with orders to return to court in September.

TMZ notes that according to his booking sheet, the "Adorn" singer is five-foot-seven and 140 pounds. He's scheduled to appear in court in September. So far, no word from Miguel's camp.
