Mathew Knowles is firing back at claims he's fathered a child with former music exec Alexsandra Wright. His rep tells us, "We are not aware of the birth of a child. Mr. Knowles has never had a D-N-A test. These rumors are untrue."

As we reported yesterday, gossip sites have cited a "reliable source" confirming that Wright recently gave birth to a baby girl and that a paternity test revealed that Knowles is the father.
