MARY TYLER MOORE died yesterday of cardiac arrest and pneumonia.  She was 80.  Mary was most famous for "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show", but she was also nominated for an Oscar for her role in the movie "Ordinary People".

She was with family and friends when she passed, including her husband of 33 years, Robert Levine.

Her family told the "New York Times" that she died of cardiac arrest after getting pneumonia.  TMZ said she'd been on a respirator for more than a week . . . and was taken off life support late Tuesday night.
