Lottery Ticket Movie was Bootlegged Before the Bootleggers

Ice Cube's movie Lottery Ticket is already in legal trouble -- a screenwriter named Tom Huang has filed suit, saying he came up with the premise and wrote a treatment in 2004. Huang claims that his agent, Brad Kaplan, stole the idea and gave it to Lottery Ticket screenwriter-director Erik White. He's accusing White of stealing multiple ideas, characters and details from his screenplay.
