We always doing something crazy at home like this. It just looks abusive because the picture got out, but we know we play crazy games at home with the kids...even the real little babies are part of the family and get tortured (j/k) like everybody else in the house. I'm 26 now, and we got pics of us as children where our parents did crazy, but harmless, things to us too.
