LIL' BOOSIE: House Up for Auction While He's Locked Up

While Lil' Boosie awaits trial in jail, he's also facing the foreclosure and auction of his Louisiana home.

Boosie has been in prison since June 2010 after being indicted for murder. While behind bars, he's failed to make mortgage payments, which prompted his bank to issue a writ of nearly $400,000 in January. But because he's failed to pay that, either, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office now plans to sell his house on June 29th. It's just waiting for an appraisal.
