LAURYN HILL: Stands Up Fans?

Did Lauryn Hill stand up some of her most loyal fans in Philadelphia?

According to AllHipHop.com, Hill -- who's on tour with Nas -- had agreed to a meet-and-greet backstage after their Philly show. Premium tickets would have allowed fans to meet both her and Nas, pose for pictures and ask them questions. But Lauryn apparently failed to show up for the event at the last minute, forcing promoters to cut the cost of premium tickets in half.

AllHipHop notes that Nas did show up for the event and was extremely professional, taking questions and signing autographs.
