KANYE WEST FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES...#CRAY!

Kanye West still hasn't gotten his temper under control -- the rapper has been accused of punching an 18-year-old man for calling him the N-word.

It all went down today (Monday) at a Beverly Hills medical building where Kim Kardashian was reportedly besieged by photographers. The teen allegedly used racial and homophobic slurs while referring to the paparazzi. After Kim told him that wasn't appropriate, he supposedly screamed at her, using the N-word again and calling her a "stupid slut." When Kanye arrived at the building, he allegedly rushed into a chiropractor's waiting room, where he found the young man. Witnesses say Yeezy then punched the teen and Kim screamed, "We have it all on tape!"

A massage therapist had to separate the two men, and the cops were called.

Kanye is also facing assault charges after allegedly attacking a photographer at LAX.
